FeAST Rider is a delivery partner application operated by FeOS Global. This app is used exclusively by registered delivery riders to manage and complete food delivery orders.
Account information: Your name, phone number, and email address provided during registration.
Identity documents: Aadhaar, driving licence, vehicle RC, PAN card, and profile photo uploaded for KYC verification. These are stored securely and used only for onboarding verification.
Location: Your GPS coordinates are collected while you are actively using the app and have toggled online. This is used to assign nearby orders and to show your live position to the restaurant. Location is not collected when the app is closed or when you are offline.
UPI ID: Collected voluntarily for earnings settlement.
Device token: An FCM device token is stored to send push notifications for new order alerts.
Delivery data: Order history, delivery status updates, earnings, distance travelled, and timestamps.
We do not sell your personal data. Your location is shared in real time with the restaurant branch when you are on an active delivery. Your name and phone number may be shared with the customer for delivery coordination. Document images are accessible only to authorised FeOS admin staff for KYC review.
Your account data is retained for as long as your rider account is active. Delivery history is retained for accounting and settlement purposes. If you request account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@feosglobal.com or through the Delete Account option in your profile. We will process your request within 30 days.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Database access is restricted to authorised services only.
